• Note: transfer from other banks will take 2 business days.
• Please transfer payment when order is confirmed, and I will give a payment confirmation once
I have received.
• All items will be purchased only when payment is made. All sales are Final. No exchange is allowed. Please note that due to the lighting and differnt monitor screens, colours of items may appear different from what you have seen.
- If item is unavailable, a full refund will be given.
- Due to the extra administrative work needed ( printing, highlighting and sorting), receipts will not be issued.
Prices indicated are the final prices inclusive of 8.75% US tax.
Rest assured that i am not here to cheat you or earn big bucks from you. Note that small fees have been added on top of your purchase to cover our petrol fees/ handling fees and time spent.

2. Authenticity: • All items are bought from Coach/Kate Spade Premium Outlet/Retail Store. • All items are BRAND NEW WITH TAG. What you are paying may be lesser than what is indicated on price tag depending on whether there are special discounts.
. Coach items will come with coach tissue and box except for mini skinny
. Kate spade bags will come with dustbags and paper bags.

Handling charge
For items from US$100 and below= US $10
For items from US $100- USS200= US$15
For items from US$200 -US$300= US$20
For items from US$300 and above= US$25
